International clients (most of our work)

Quotes are typically in USD, EUR, or GBP — whichever matches how you budget. Payment is usually a bank/SWIFT transfer against the invoice. This is export of IT/ITES services from India, handled under FEMA and GST rules on export of services.

The Engagement states the foreign-currency amount. Where Indian tax records require it, we also show the INR equivalent on the invoice.

India and Zoho Payments

Indian clients, and any payment collected through Zoho Payments (UPI, cards, net banking), are quoted and charged in INR (₹). GST is extra at the applicable rate (currently 18% for IT design and development services, SAC 998314).

Tax invoices show our legal name, LLPIN ACT-4993, GSTIN 09ACMFA4917G1Z8, and registered office.

Written commercial

We reply with questions, an approach, and a quote in USD, EUR, GBP, or INR. No payment is taken until you accept that Engagement. Kickoff usually requires an advance as described in our Payment Terms.

Mobile, web, and backend systems built against agreed milestones.

Dedicated teams & retainers

Embedded squads and production support sized to the programme.

Advance and milestones

Fixed-scope work is typically 40% on kickoff, 40% at the mid-milestone, and 20% before handover. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Work starts after the relevant payment clears.

Taxes

Indian clients: GST extra at the prevailing rate. Overseas clients: GST is applied as an export of services where the supply qualifies (including zero-rated export where eligible). We are not a tax advisor — the invoice states the treatment for that Engagement.
